Comprehensive Family Dental Care
Navigating Your Dental Insurance, Made Simple.
At All Dental Solution, we believe quality dental care should be accessible.
At All Dental Solution, we are committed to providing you with exceptional dental care and believe that understanding your insurance should be straightforward. We are happy to assist you by handling the billing and paperwork with your insurance provider as a courtesy to our patients.
Our Insurance Policy & Your Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth process, we ask that you provide us with your complete insurance information by the day of your appointment. This allows us to file your claim promptly. Please be aware of the following:
Payment at Time of Service: You are responsible for any estimated co-payments or the portion of treatment your insurance is not expected to cover. This payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Understanding Your Plan: As the policyholder, you are ultimately responsible for understanding your benefits. We will collect from you the amount your insurance is estimated not to pay.
Balances & Timelines: You are responsible for any balance on your account after 30 days, regardless of whether your insurance company has paid. Unpaid balances after 60 days may be subject to collections. If your insurance overpays, we will gladly issue you a refund.
Important Facts About How Dental Insurance Works
It’s helpful to understand that dental insurance operates differently than medical insurance.
An Aid, Not a Cover-All: Dental insurance is designed to be an aid, not a full coverage plan. It rarely pays 100% of costs. Most plans cover between 50% and 80% of their “allowed” fees after a deductible.
Your Employer’s Contract: Your benefits are determined by the specific contract your employer negotiated with the insurance company. There are thousands of different plans.
“Usual & Customary” Fees (UCR): Insurance companies set their own “allowable” or “UCR” fees, which are often lower than our actual fees and can be based on outdated data. If our fee is higher than your plan’s UCR, you are responsible for the difference.
We Are Your Advocate: We file claims as a service to you. We do not have a contract with your insurance company and cannot guarantee payment or control how they process claims. Our role is to help you estimate your costs and advocate for your benefits.
Financial Options & Payment
Payment for services is due at the time treatment is provided. We will always provide a clear treatment plan and cost estimate beforehand. For your convenience, we accept:
Cash
Personal Checks
Debit Cards
Major Credit Cards
We also offer third-party financing options with low- or no-interest payment plans to help make your care manageable.
Please Help Us Help You
The most important thing you can do is keep us informed of any changes to your insurance, such as a new policy, address, or a change in employment.
For specific questions about your coverage or benefits, please contact your insurance company or your employer’s HR department. Our friendly staff is always here to help answer general questions and guide you through the process.
At All Dental Solutions, led by Dr. Mihaela Krausz, our Park Ridge-based team is committed to helping you achieve a healthy, confident smile.
